Chicken Karaage (唐揚げ) 日式炸鸡


Chicken Karaage, this is another easy recipe which you must try it out. It is so easy to cook and it is great to be a delicious finger food at the party.

日式炸鸡, 这是您必须尝试的另一份容易的食谱。 它绝对是很容易烹调及将会是很棒的小吃。

Chicken Karaage : Japanese Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thigh 400-500g
Potato starch ½ cup
Egg

Marinade sauce:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Lemon juice or Vinegar 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Sake 2 tbsp

Method:
  1. Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat with chopsticks, set aside.
  2. Cut the chicken thigh into small pieces and marinade with the marinade sauce for 10min.
  3. Heat a pot with oil in the medium heat.
  4. Coat the marinaded chicken cube with the egg and coat again with the corn flour, set aside. 
  5. Fry the coated chicken cube until golden brown. Done!. 

日式炸鸡 - 唐揚げ

材料:
无骨鸡腿肉400-500g
玉米粉 1/2杯子
鸡蛋

酱油2 大匙
味醂 1小匙
柠檬汁或醋1小匙
大蒜末1小匙
姜末1小匙
清酒2 大匙

做法:
1. 把鸡蛋打入一小碗,并且用筷子搅拌,备用。
2. 把鸡腿肉切成小块并且用腌腌大概10分钟。
3. 然后,以中火热一油锅。
4. 把腌制过的鸡腿块裹上鸡蛋,并且再裹上玉米粉,备用。
5. 把鸡腿块油炸直到金黄色。 就可上菜了!

    maybe you can try it out someday
    1. prepare 300g chicken

    Marinate sauce:
    2. Garlic
    3. 1 1/2 table spoon of white wine/sake
    4. 1 1/2 large table spoon of soy sauce
    5. sugar
    6. Salt and pepper
    7. Flour

    marinate at least 20mins, but 1-2hours or longer is better XD

    before frying, add
    8. Corn starch

    then fry it~^^
