Chicken Karaage, this is another easy recipe which you must try it out. It is so easy to cook and it is great to be a delicious finger food at the party.

Chicken Karaage : Japanese Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thigh 400-500g
Potato starch ½ cup
Egg
Marinade sauce:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Lemon juice or Vinegar 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Sake 2 tbsp
Method:
- Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat with chopsticks, set aside.
- Cut the chicken thigh into small pieces and marinade with the marinade sauce for 10min.
- Heat a pot with oil in the medium heat.
- Coat the marinaded chicken cube with the egg and coat again with the corn flour, set aside.
- Fry the coated chicken cube until golden brown. Done!.
日式炸鸡 - 唐揚げ
材料:
无骨鸡腿肉400-500g
玉米粉 1/2杯子
鸡蛋
腌料:
酱油2 大匙
味醂 1小匙
柠檬汁或醋1小匙
大蒜末1小匙
姜末1小匙
清酒2 大匙
做法:
1. 把鸡蛋打入一小碗,并且用筷子搅拌,备用。
2. 把鸡腿肉切成小块并且用腌料腌大概10分钟。
3. 然后,以中火热一油锅。
4. 把腌制过的鸡腿块裹上鸡蛋,并且再裹上玉米粉,备用。
5. 把鸡腿块油炸直到金黄色。 就可上菜了!

maybe you can try it out someday
1. prepare 300g chicken
Marinate sauce:
2. Garlic
3. 1 1/2 table spoon of white wine/sake
4. 1 1/2 large table spoon of soy sauce
5. sugar
6. Salt and pepper
7. Flour
marinate at least 20mins, but 1-2hours or longer is better XD
before frying, add
8. Corn starch
then fry it~^^
