Japanese Cucumber pickle (渍物) 日式黄瓜渍物

Japanese Cucumber pickle, a simple side sides. Preparation for this dish is absolutely simple. You  must try it out.

Japanese cucumber pickle
Ingredients:
Half of the Japanese cucumber
Chili, Sliced

Marinade sauce:
3 tbsp Japanese vinegar
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Salt to taste

Methods:
1. Cut the cucumber into small strips.
2. Mix all the ingredients into a large bowl, marinade about 1 hour in refrigerator.


日式黄瓜渍物

材料
半条日本黄瓜
辣椒丝

腌料
3大匙日式白醋
2大匙味醂
1小匙砂糖
1小匙麻油
少许姜末
少许蒜泥
少许盐巴

做法
1         把黄瓜切成小条状。
2         用一大碗把所有材料及腌料混合在一起,放置冰箱腌制1小时后即可食用。
