Golden Fried Rice (黄金炒饭)


Yesterday evening, I felt so hungry and I’m too lazy to go out to buy the ingredients for cooking...Therefore, I start to search my fridge, I found the leftover rice, eggs, and chicken in the freezer... Wow ... that’s inspired me to cook the Golden Fried Rice! With the special Japanese seasonings, it is absolutely have the feel of Japanese dish! It is so simple, quick and delicious!

昨天傍晚回家,我因为肚子太饿了,加上太懒惰不想去买材料…就在冰箱里寻宝…发现冰箱里有前天吃剩的白饭,鸡蛋,冷冻库里有之前买的鸡肉…Wow…就来个黄金炒饭吧!再加上日式的调味料,绝对很有日式FU的哦!简单,好吃又快速!
 
Golden Fried rice

Ingredients:
200g Steamed rice
200g Chicken, cubed
½ Onion, diced
About 3 inches of carrot, sliced
30g Enoki mushrooms
¼ tsp Fish broth powder
1 tbsp Sake
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:
  1. Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl and beat with chopsticks, set aside.
  2. Heat a pan with oil, sauté the onion, add in the sliced carrots and Enoki mushrooms, stir-fry well.
  3. Then add in the chicken, sake, fish broth powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Once the chicken cubes are cooked, add in the rice and stir-fry well.
  5. At last, pour the eggs and add in the green onion, stir-fry evenly, done!

黄金炒饭

材料:
200g白饭
200
g鸡,切块
半个洋葱,切碎
胡萝卜,切丝
30g
金针菇
1/4
茶匙鲣鱼粉
1
汤匙清酒
2
粒鸡蛋
盐及胡椒少许

做法:
  1. 碗里打入蛋液,用筷子稍微搅拌,备用
  2. 烧一热油锅,爆香洋葱,加入胡萝卜丝和金菇蘑菇快炒
  3. 然后添加入鸡块,酒,鲣鱼粉,盐和胡椒调味
  4. 鸡块煮熟后,加入白饭,倒入蛋,加入葱花,煸炒均匀,就好了!
