昨天傍晚回家,我因为肚子太饿了,加上太懒惰不想去买材料…就在冰箱里寻宝…发现冰箱里有前天吃剩的白饭,鸡蛋,冷冻库里有之前买的鸡肉…Wow…就来个黄金炒饭吧!再加上日式的调味料,绝对很有日式FU的哦!简单,好吃又快速!
Ingredients:
200g Steamed rice
200g Chicken, cubed
½ Onion, diced
About 3 inches of carrot, sliced
30g Enoki mushrooms
¼ tsp Fish broth powder
1 tbsp Sake
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
- Crack 2 eggs into a small bowl and beat with chopsticks, set aside.
- Heat a pan with oil, sauté the onion, add in the sliced carrots and Enoki mushrooms, stir-fry well.
- Then add in the chicken, sake, fish broth powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the chicken cubes are cooked, add in the rice and stir-fry well.
- At last, pour the eggs and add in the green onion, stir-fry evenly, done!

黄金炒饭
材料:
200g白饭
200g鸡,切块
半个洋葱,切碎
胡萝卜,切丝
30g金针菇
1/4茶匙鲣鱼粉
1汤匙清酒
2粒鸡蛋
盐及胡椒少许

做法:
- 碗里打入蛋液,用筷子稍微搅拌,备用。
- 烧一热油锅,爆香洋葱,加入胡萝卜丝和金菇蘑菇快炒。
- 然后添加入鸡块,酒,鲣鱼粉,盐和胡椒调味。
- 鸡块煮熟后,加入白饭,倒入蛋液,加入葱花,煸炒均匀,就好了!
