A lot of my friends love Tamagoyaki but they always complain that they don’t have the equipment to cook it. Therefore, I found an easy way to solve their problem. You may not really need a Japanese square pan to make the Tamagoyaki. You just need a normal flying pan and a bamboo curtain to make it. That’s simple!
很多朋友都爱吃和风玉子烧,但他们总是抱怨很难买到方形的玉子烧锅来煮这道料理。因此,我发现了一个简单的烹饪方法来解决他们的问题。你只需要一个平底锅及寿司竹帘就可以了。就这么的简单!
Tamagoyaki – Japanese style omelet
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
80cc Japanese-style Soup Stock (* I’m using 1 tablespoons of Japanese-style condensed soup stock with hot water, super simple!)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, slightly stir it. (*Do not beat it coz it will affect the taste.)
- Pour in the soup stock (which already mixed with sugar, soy sauce & salt) into the eggs and slightly stir it.
- Coated a little oil in a pan with a small piece of tissue paper, in medium heat, add the egg mixture.
- Roll the eggs forward, apply a little oil to the pan, then add the egg mixture again, repeat the step until it finish.
- Ready a bamboo curtain which covered with plastic wrap, place the egg rolls on it and adjust the shape when it still hot.
- Wait until the egg rolls slightly cool, remove the plastic wrap and cut it equally.
和风玉子烧
材料:
3粒鸡蛋
80cc日式高汤(*我是用1汤匙日式浓缩高汤煮汁加热水,超简单的!)
1小匙砂糖
1小匙酱油
少许盐巴
做法:
- 碗里打入蛋液,稍微搅拌。(*千万不要搅拌太多次!蛋白,蛋黄故意不完全打散,这样口感才好!)
- 将剩下的材料混合,倒入做法1的蛋液中,然后再稍微搅拌。
- 用纸巾在平底锅里涂一点油,开中火,加入一点蛋液。
- 把蛋向前卷,然后再涂一点油,再加入一点蛋液,如此重复直到蛋液用完。
- 把蛋卷放到一个包着保鲜纸的寿司竹帘,然后卷起来及乘热调整形状。
- 等到稍微冷却以后,拿掉保鲜纸,均等切块就好了。
方形的玉子烧锅在Daiso或Mr.DIY可以买到,不超过Rm5.00^^
