Mushroom Miso Soup (香菇味噌汤)


Miso soup is the easiest Japanese dish. You can just add in whatever ingredient (Chicken, Vege or Seafood) into a miso soup and it will taste delicious. Therefore, let’s start to make a fantastic miso soup!


Ingredients:
Japanese-style Soup Stock  1000ml (* I’m using 5 tablespoons of Japanese-style condensed soup stock with hot water, super simple!)
Mushrooms 5
Snow Peas 10
Tofu 1 box
Miso 80-90g

Method:
  1. Slice the mushrooms, cut the snow peas stalks, set aside.
  2. Ready a soup pot, boil up the Japanese-style soup stock and add in the vegetables.
  3. Add in the tofu when the vegetables almost cooked.
  4. Finally, add the miso and stir the soup slowly with chopsticks until the miso melted. Done! Serve hot!
*Tips: Miso flavor will be dissipated if long cooking time.  




香菇味噌汤

材料:
日式高汤  1000ml *我是用5汤匙日式浓缩高汤煮汁加热水,超简单的!)
香菇  5
豌豆 10
豆腐 1
  80-90g

做法:
  1. 把香菇切片,把豌豆荚去蒂。
  2. 准备一高汤锅,把日式高汤烧开及加入所有蔬菜。
  3. 将蔬菜煮到差不多熟后就可以把切好的豆腐慢慢加入锅子里。
  4. 最后加入噌,用筷子慢慢搅拌让噌熔化,煮到产生泡泡后就熄火。
*噌煮太久,风味会散掉。
