You may be tired of eating the traditional big burger, why not to try something healthy and simple likes Japanese style Rice Burger? It won’t have the kind of oily feeling, the taste is absolutely awesome. This is an Asian food, meat always goes well with rice! You have to give it a try!

Rice Burger
Ingredients:
100g~140g Steamed Japanese Rice
60g Sliced Meat
1 leaf Lettuce
Butter
Mayonnaise
Milk/Juice Pack
Marinade:
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Mirin
1 tsp Sake
¼ tsp Garlic paste
¼ tsp Ginger
Method:
- Clean the milk/juice pack and cut about 1 cm stripe, then make it to become a round mold.
- Ready a plate which covered with the plastic wrap, place the paper mold on it and put the steamed rice into the mold. Then, covered with another layer of plastic wrap and press the rice evenly in the mold to make a rice cake.
- Gently remove the paper mold and set aside the rice cake. (You can make more rice cake and keep it into the refrigerator)
- Marinate the sliced meat about 10 mins and stir-fly it with a hot wok until cooked, set aside.
- Heat up a pan with butter and fried both side of rice cake become slightly crunchy, then apply some soy sauce on top of the rice cake. (Remember that you just can apply the soy sauce after the rice cake become slightly crunchy)
- Just follow the sequence of putting a layer of rice cake, lettuce, meat, mayonnaise, and another layer of rice cake. Then, your rice burger is ready to be served!
日式米汉堡
材料:
100g~140g 日本白饭
60g 薄肉片 (鸡肉,牛肉,猪肉都可以)
1片生菜
奶油少许
美奶滋少许
牛奶/果汁盒
腌肉酱:
1小匙酱油
1小匙味醂
1小匙清酒
¼ 小匙蒜头泥
¼ 小匙姜末
做法:
- 把牛奶/果汁盒洗干净后,剪1cm左右,然后拉紧, 成圆形。
- 在盘上铺一张保鲜膜,放上纸模,把白饭放在纸模中间,然后在上面再铺上一张保鲜膜,用手平均按压。
- 米片成型后,轻轻拿掉纸模。(可以多做一点米片,放在冰箱冷冻库,下次还可以用!)
- 将肉片用腌肉酱腌十分钟,然后倒在热锅里以大火快炒直熟。
- 另起一锅,放入一点奶油,将米片两面煎好后,上面再涂一点酱油。(必须要让米片煎好定型后再涂酱油,太早米片会松开。)
- 将米片,生菜,肉片,美奶滋,米片,一层层搭上就好啦!
