You can easily find this hawker dish everywhere at Malaysia. However, there are some people called it Mee Hun Kuay, some called it Pan Mee, actually there are the same. This is my easy version of Mee Hun Kuay's recipe. You gonna try it out!
在马来西亚, 很多小贩中心都有贩卖这个面食。然而,也有一些人把它称为面粉粿,一些人又称它为板面,当然都是相同的。这是我认为最简单的面粉粿食谱。你一定要尝试一下!
Mee Hun Kuay/ Pan Mee – Homemade noodle soup
Dough Ingredients (for two portions):
200g flour
1 egg
Salt to taste
Water
Soup Ingredients:
4 tbsp Anchovy seasoning powder
1 pack meatballs
Vegetables
1000ml water
Fried anchovies
Dough Ingredients (for two portions):

Methods:
1. Mix all the ingredients for dough into a large bowl, mix well until the dough smooth, cover with plastic wrap, set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Heat a soup pot, boil the water, add in the anchovy seasoning powder and the meatballs..
3. Divide the dough into several small dough, pressed thin, cook into the boiling soup. The noodles cooked when it is floating on the soup, then add in the vegetables and cook for about 1 minute or until well cooked
4. Before serve, sprinkle some fried anchovies, sesame oil and pepper!
面粉粿/板面
面团材料(两人份):
200g面粉
1粒蛋
盐巴少许
水适量
汤底材料:
4汤匙江鱼仔调味粉
1包肉丸
蔬菜少许
1000ml清水
炒香的江鱼仔少许
做法:
1. 把面团材料倒入大盆里,混合均匀,搓到面团顺滑不沾手,盖上保鲜模,醒15分钟。
2. 起一汤锅,烧开水,加入江鱼仔调味粉和肉丸。
3. 把面团分成数小面团,压薄,用手撕小块,放进滚汤里煮。把面粿煮熟(面粿浮起),最后才加入蔬菜煮约1分钟或至熟。
4. 吃时撒上少许的炒香的江鱼仔,香油和胡椒粉就好了!
