Today's healthy diet recipe is Stir fry glass noodles with ridge gourd and dried shrimps. It is a very light and simple recipe but doesn't mean it is tasteless. Suprisingly it taste really yummy. The recipe is suitable for busy working adult because it just needs about 10 to 15 minutes to cook the food. Furthermore, it is cheap which just cost about RM5 to RM7 only and you will have a delicious meal.

Ingredients:
Ridge gourd
Glass noodles 1pck
Dried Shrimps
Garlic
Seasoning:
Chicken stock powder 1tsp
Oyster sauce 1tsp
Method:
- Peel & strip the ridge gourd. Mince the garlic. Soak the dried shrimps and glass noodles with warm water in separate bowl.
- Heat up 2 tbsp oil in the hot wok, sauté minced garlic over a high heat. Add in ridge gourds and lower the heat. Add in water and seasoning.
- Simmer it until ridge gourds are cooked thorough (about 10mins), add in glass noodles, stir-fry gently until well combined. Dish up, serve hot.
Superb simple and delicious!
炒虾米丝瓜粉丝
材料:
丝瓜 1条
粉丝(冬粉) 1把
虾米 适量
蒜头 适量
调味:
鸡粉 1茶匙
蚝油 1茶匙
方法:
1.丝瓜去皮,切块;蒜头剁成細末狀;虾米和粉丝用暖水浸泡,备用。
2.大火下油,放蒜头碎下去爆香之后,放入节瓜慢炒,然后加入调味料和少许水。
3.待丝瓜煮透的时候(煮约10分钟),放入粉丝下去再炒一下,即可食用!
超级简单,而且真的很好吃哦!
