Natto Don
Material:
1 box of Natto
1 bowl of steamed white rice
1tsp Seven spice powder
1 egg
Diced green onion
Methods:
- Add in soy sauce, mustard (both sauce come along with Natto box), then add in the green onions and seven spice powders, mix well.
- Cover the steamed rice with Natto mixture, then add the egg (or yolk only) on it!
纳豆丼(なっとうどん)
材料:
1盒纳豆
1碗白饭
1小匙七味辣粉
1颗鸡蛋
少许葱末
做法:
- 把盒里付送的酱油,芥末酱加入纳豆里,再加入葱花与七味辣粉,搅拌均匀。
- 把搅拌好的纳豆盖在热白饭上,再加入鸡蛋(或蛋黄而已)就可以了!

回覆刪除不用煮,所以鸡蛋一定要是最新鲜的才没有味道,只有淡淡的蛋香!还有热白饭可以给蛋黄加温!
